1. Review The Funding Guidelines

We pre-screen all applications to make sure they qualify for funding. First, please review our grant qualifications to ensure that your request matches the projects that the White’s Lumber Foundation is able to fund. If your program is inconsistent with funding guidelines, you will be notified why the Foundation cannot accept a formal application.

2. Submit Grant Inquiry

Once you are confident your grant fits within these guidelines, please submit a Grant Inquiry Form. We will use this form to Pre-Screen all applicants. If we identify an issue or question, our staff will reach out to you for more information. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.

3. If Approved, Complete A Foundation Application Form

Once the Grant Inquiry Form is reviewed, White’s Lumber Foundation will notify you of their interested in reviewing a full grant application. You should then complete the Foundation’s Application Form and deliver your application packet—via US Mail or delivered in person—to the Foundation Office (231 N. Rutland Street Watertown, NY 13601). At this time, the Foundation does not accept electronic submission of applications.
